1. What This Website Is

This private reference site is independent of all government offices. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve documents, perform official checks, or submit filings for visitors.

Its purpose is to identify official Garden County and Nebraska record routes, including the Garden County Sheriff, trial courts, Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division, and Nebraska Sex Offender Registry. Some pages also connect to independently operated search tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Use the site in violation of federal, Nebraska, or local law
• Stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass any person with information found here
• Use site content for an FCRA-regulated decision
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account
• Deploy bots, scraping software, or other automated collection tools
• Interfere with performance or another visitor's access

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

You may not use information from the site or a linked service to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or unlawfully discriminate against anyone. Nebraska's registry notice expressly warns against retaliation, threats, and vandalism directed at a registrant, family member, or other person. Such acts can lead to arrest and prosecution. Nebraska Sex Offender Registry data is intended for public safety awareness, not private punishment or vigilante action.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Garden County Criminal History is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It does not create consumer reports, credit reports, or official background checks. Neither the site nor its advertising partners provides a service designed for an FCRA-regulated purpose. You agree not to use site data or a linked tool to:

• Make a credit or lending decision
• Evaluate employment eligibility
• Screen a tenant or housing applicant
• Set insurance eligibility or terms
• Make any other determination covered by the FCRA

Any legally permitted official check must be obtained through the channel required for that purpose. Do not use this site or its linked tools as a substitute.

5. No Legal Advice

The content is not legal advice. General information about Garden County records cannot determine how a charge, conviction, warrant, set-aside rule, or filing deadline applies to a particular matter. Seek advice from a licensed Nebraska attorney.

6. No Warranties

Everything on this site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that:

• Information will always be current, accurate, or complete
• Every page will remain available without interruption
• The service will contain no error, defect, or security weakness
• An outside search result will be complete or correctly matched

Criminal records can change as charges are filed, dismissed, made nonpublic, or set aside. Updates may not be reflected at once. No statement here is an official certification from the Garden County Sheriff, a court, Nebraska State Patrol, or another government agency.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Links may lead to a sheriff, court portal, state office, legal resource, or outside search service. We do not operate those destinations and are not responsible for their availability, prices, privacy practices, accuracy, or content. Review each provider's terms before use.

8. Intellectual Property

Text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Garden County Criminal History or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, adapted, or used to create derivative work without prior written permission.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site, including reliance on information found here or through a linked provider.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, demands, or legal actions arising from your use of the site or your breach of these terms, including related legal fees and costs.

11. Governing Law

Nebraska law governs these terms. A dispute connected with use of the site must be brought in a court located in Nebraska. Government records remain subject to their own laws, including the Nebraska Public Records Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§84-712 through 84-712.09, and criminal-history dissemination rules such as §29-3523.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms. A new version takes effect when it is posted on this page.

13. Cutting Off Access

We may restrict or end access at any time, for any reason, without advance notice.

14. Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions continue in force. The affected term will be adjusted only to the extent needed for enforcement.
