Arrest History in Garden County

The roster can also show a SID number and current disposition. It does not display a narrative, warrant number, housing unit, medical classification, or detailed physical descriptors in the inspected public entry.

For a written Public Records Act request, describe the record rather than asking the office to answer questions. If a request is extensive, the custodian must send a response, specific denial, or written production estimate within the state-law process. Fees were not found in official county sources, so ask before authorizing copies.
Recent Arrests and Booking Logs
Garden County has a current generated inmate roster, but no verified daily arrest PDF, searchable booking blotter, official social-media arrest log, or county mugshot publication policy. Nebraska Revised Statute ยง29-3523 changes ordinary public dissemination for specified outcomes. A no-file arrest generally becomes nonpublic one year after the prosecutor decides not to file. A PCH entry depends on fingerprints and reporting, and a locator covers only its own custody system. Verify the record type, custodian, date, and legal access rules before drawing a conclusion. When a public arrest entry seems inconsistent with a dismissal or acquittal, obtain the court disposition first. Then ask the agency or NSP CID whether the qualifying outcome and notice have been processed.
